Colorado Fly Fishing Guide Services

AEI Anglers is located on Illinois Creek in the Taylor Park area of the Gunnison National Forest in Colorado. We provide lodging, hardy meals, full guide services, and all transportation to and from fly fishing locations. We fish the tributaries feeding both the Taylor Reservoir and Taylor River.

The remoteness of Adventure Experiences’ lodge has left its countless beaver ponds, spring creeks, rivers, and mountain streams virtually untouched by fishermen. These tributaries to the Gold Medal Taylor River are teaming with hungry rainbow, brook, brown and cutthroat trout. Our guide services reveal some of the best "sweet spots" in the Rockies. Over 100 miles of mountain creeks and countless beaver ponds provide our clients with the opportunity to catch a variety of Rainbows, Brooks, browns and Cutthroat trout.

Prime fishing season begins approximately the last week of June and continues through September. Adventure Experiences, Inc. is a licensed member of the Colorado Outfitters Association and is also bonded and insured for Colorado.

Guided trips range from one to five days, with discounts for larger groups. AEI Anglers can provide you with fly rods, hip boots, and flies. All you need to bring is your personal gear and great expectations.
